How to use battery cases correctly ?
(1) When you get our package, our case can be not full power
Eg. It can be 10%,30%,50% and anything else.
(2) Check case power status before you use it: press the power button, the led indicators can tell us the answers.
Eg. All the leds are static (not twinkle/flash any more),it ways the case is nearly 100%
If there are toal 4 leds, 2 led are static + 1 led is twinkling,it ways about 50% power.
(3) Charge the case by a compatible usb cable throught the female usb ports (usually on the bottom of the case)
(4) When all leds are static blue light (don’t twinkle any more),it tells us the case is close to full. You can let it charge for another 10-20 minutes and then stop charging.
(5) Insert your cell phone into case properly and press the big power button, the case would begin to charge your phone battery.
Note: A few battery case models require us to press the button CONSTANTLY FOR 3-5 SECONDS (keep pressing and don’t release button),only this way can activae the charge/load.
(6) When the case is being charged, you can’t use it to charge your cell phone battery.
In other words ( charge this case, use case to charge your phone battery) you should do the 2 things separately/individually !!
(7) Our case doesn’t support data sync, frankly it is a special power bank (for only one cell phone model)
If you would like to update photo/video from your cell phone to PC, you have to get the phone out of our case firstly and then connect it PC.
