Question?TABLET RAM AND STORAGE DIFFERENT FROM THE WEB SPECIFICATION ?
All the tablets are the same as described, and the tablets always show little storage than described because of the preinstalled APP and system will take up some memories and storage.
Question?CPU FREQUENCY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEB SPECIFICATION
CPU frequency maybe a little different from the web description because our factory need the CPU control the framework, so we usually limit the frequency in order to control the tablet overheat and protect the main-board avoid heating bad.
Question?TABLET TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT SO GOOD?
A: Open the setting page, click ?calibration? to recalibrate the touch screen, if still problem, update it with firmware
B: recalibrate the tablet with mouse
Question?TABLET CAN NOT CONNECT WITH WIFI ?
A, Make sure the access point is working, if the access point can not be found by tablet automatically, manually set up the access point from ?setting--wireless & net works--wifi--wifi-settings--add wifi network
B, if access is still missing, the wifi channels of access maybe not in the built-in channels, users can select by manually as this: setting--wireless & networks--wifi--wifi setting--advanced setting--regulatory domain?
C, restart wireless router
Question?BATTERY USE TIME IS SHORTER THAN DESCRITION?
Battery use time depends on the tablet work, if keeping turning on WIFI, the battery use time will be much shorter than normal condition. What?s more, the tablet high pixels and big size will consume more battery.
